All sales are final due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged product. if you receive a damage item please email us the damaged picture to minkedbykendra@yahoo.com please include your name number and order number in the subject box. customers will be responsible for they own return shipping fee. 

All orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days via USPS. You will be mailed an confirmation and tracking number to your account email.
